Purpose Beyond Pain: Coaching for Women with Chronic Illness

You’re Not Broken—You’re Becoming: My Story, My Mission, and Why You’re Here

💜 Gentle & Healing

"Healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you were before the world told you to be less."

"You don’t have to fix everything today. Just breathe, feel, and take one step back toward yourself."

Hey beautiful soul,

If you’ve landed here, it’s not by accident. You’re likely a woman who’s been navigating the rollercoaster of chronic illness—feeling the weight of pain, fatigue that never lifts, and a quiet grief that’s hard to explain. Maybe life feels like it’s been slipping away, piece by piece, and your dreams now feel like distant memories.

I understand. Because I’ve lived it.

You're Not Broken: You're Becoming

💜 Who I Am & Why I Created Purpose Beyond Pain

I’m Tammy Kinchen Collins—mom, wife, former Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), fibromyalgia warrior, and empowerment coach for women like you.

There was a time when I lost everything that made me feel like “me.” My job, my strength, my mental clarity, and worst of all—my sense of purpose. The day I had to give up my career wasn’t just about income. It was about identity. That loss led to many more: moments I couldn’t enjoy, plans I couldn’t keep, people I felt I was letting down.

But in the darkness, something shifted. I stopped waiting for the old version of me to return—and started building a new one.

That’s when Purpose Beyond Pain was born.

💭 The Losses We Don’t Talk About

There’s a silence that comes with chronic illness—a silence about the grief we carry that no one sees.

We grieve:

The freedom of spontaneity. The ability to say yes without hesitation—to jump in the car, go on a day trip, or just run errands without planning recovery time.

The body we used to trust. The strength that allowed us to pick up our kids, dance in the kitchen, or clean the house without breaking down in pain afterward.

The energy that came so easily. The mornings we could spring out of bed, pour coffee, and tackle the day without dragging ourselves through a fog.

The version of ourselves who felt in control. Who could juggle work, family, friendships—and still feel like we had more to give.

The future we once envisioned. Whether it was a career, a passion project, or just being the “fun mom” or “always-there friend”—we mourn the dream that now feels just out of reach.

The ability to feel present and joyful. To really be there during the moments that matter—birthday parties, date nights, or even just making dinner without zoning out from pain.

These aren’t minor things—they’re pieces of who we were. And when no one else names them, it can feel like you're grieving alone.

But you’re not. And the truth is, naming the loss is the beginning of reclaiming what’s still possible.

If you’ve ever:

Felt like your body is betraying you, and no one around you truly understands what that feels like…

Had to cancel something you were actually looking forward to—again—and then sat with the guilt like it was your fault…

Looked in the mirror and felt like a stranger stared back, wondering where the woman with the energy, the laugh, the light in her eyes went…

Longed to just feel "normal" again—to go a whole day without pain being the background noise in your life…

Wondered if your dreams even count anymore… or if it's selfish to want more when you can barely make it through the day…

...you’re in the right place.

But what I’ve learned—and what I now help other women discover—is that while we can’t go back to who we were, we can still become someone powerful, whole, and full of purpose again.

🔮 What I Do (And How I Help You Come Home to Yourself)

I help women who feel like their body has betrayed them… like their life no longer feels like their own.

If you’re tired of just surviving—of masking the pain, faking the smiles, and shrinking your life down to what your illness allows—you’re not alone. I’ve been there too.

And that’s why I do this work.

Through mindset coaching, subconscious healing, and deep self-compassion, I guide women like you to:

  • ✔️ Shift from just getting through the day to living with intention

  • ✔️ Quiet the mental chaos that keeps you overwhelmed and exhausted

  • ✔️ Let go of guilt, shame, and the belief that your worth is tied to what you can “do”

  • ✔️ Remember who you are—underneath the diagnosis, the fatigue, the fear

  • ✔️ Rebuild the life you thought you lost, piece by piece, with grace and truth

It’s real. It’s honest. And it works.

And because healing is also physical, I offer tools like holistic supplements through Frequense Products 7 kingdom Come Home all natural products—to support your energy, reduce inflammation, and help you feel just a little more like you again.

You don’t have to fight your way through this alone. Let me walk beside you—and help you reclaim your peace, your purpose, and your sense of self.

🌿 What This Work Makes Possible

You may come here looking for relief… but what you’ll discover is much more than that.

You’ll begin to understand that healing isn’t just about eliminating pain—it’s about how you carry it. How you think. How you speak to yourself. How you rise even when it still hurts.

This work will gently help you:

Feel safe in your own mind again. Because the thoughts that used to spiral and keep you up at night start to lose their power.

Let go of the guilt. For resting. For slowing down. For not “being who you used to be.”

Reclaim your energy. Not just physically—but emotionally and spiritually.

Rediscover your voice. Because your dreams, boundaries, and needs still matter.

Experience peace—even in the middle of the storm. Because peace isn’t the absence of pain. It’s the presence of grace.

Rebuild your sense of self. The one that got buried under symptoms, stress, and survival.

Create a life that feels like yours again. Even if it looks different now, it can still be deeply beautiful.

🦋 Daily Life with Chronic Illness (And a Little Humor Helps)

Some days, my biggest victory is a laugh with my son over his latest gaming obsession. Other days, it’s simply not losing my mind in the Dollar Store line behind 12 people and a sloth-speed cashier (true story).

Chronic illness isn’t fair—but it doesn’t get to steal every ounce of your joy.

You’re allowed to grieve… and you’re allowed to laugh.

You’re allowed to rest… and still rise.

You’re allowed to fall apart… and still come back stronger.

✨ Your Dreams Still Matter

Whether it’s the career you once imagined, the relationships you want to repair, or just the dream of waking up rested and joyful again—your dreams still matter.

They may take a different form now, but they’re still yours. And together, we can begin to uncover them.

This isn’t about going back to who you were. It’s about discovering who you get to become now—with compassion, with courage, and with a deep sense of self-worth that illness can’t take away.
